Spectators: 7101 (Terracing: 5397, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 50) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cristo Gutierrez got the match started through his kick off. Genaro Donostia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristo Gutierrez in the 10th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Wolverine Inmortal's Guaberto Jerold got a free kick in the 11th minute. Tala AFC's Timoteo Santo got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Guaberto Jerold was shown his second yellow card after 23 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 23 played minutes Wolverine Inmortal got a freekick which was hit by Guaberto Jerold. 25 minutes into the match, Wolverine Inmortal's goal looked a bit too open when Cristo Gutierrez came free, but Genaro Donostia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristo Gutierrez scored 0-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Genaro Donostia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 31stth minute of the game Timoteo Santo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wolverine Inmortal's Genaro Donostia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Teobaldo Quinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teobaldo Quinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruperto Maule having to interfere. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Tala AFC's goalkeeper Ruperto Maule, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cristo Gutierrez took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Genaro Donostia. Genaro Donostia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teobaldo Quinto to make the kick off. Guaberto Arlo hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Cristo Gutierrez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tala AFC's Cristo Gutierrez got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 67th minute, Timoteo Santo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute Cristo Gutierrez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genaro Donostia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the game, Baltasar Frasco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Ruperto Maule was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Wolverine Inmortal's zone, Cristo Gutierrez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Genaro Donostia came out of the goal and Cristo Gutierrez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristo Gutierrez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wolverine Inmortal's Genaro Donostia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristo Gutierrez in the 94th minute of play. Although Wolverine Inmortal had been in control for most of the match, Tala AFC still came away with the win.
