After some careless play in the Wolverine Inmortal defense, Angelo Loi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Genaro Donostia. The Wolverine Inmortal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Genaro Donostia should have stopped the shot. If Alexander-James von der Schulenburg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 8 minutes, Alexander-James von der Schulenburg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carrisito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexander-James von der Schulenburg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 10th minute, Angelo Loi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alexander-James von der Schulenburg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by Wolverine Inmortal's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dan Bergendahl was slow to take the kick. During this time Carrisito's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Dan Bergendahl almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Wolverine Inmortal's Genaro Donostia did a great save. 18 minutes into the game, Guaberto Jerold was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wolverine Inmortal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carrisito the free kick. In the 18th minute, Guaberto Jerold hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute, Angelo Loi made a precise shot to the right of Genaro Donostia. Wolverine Inmortal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. A collision led to Carrisito getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Alexander-James von der Schulenburg hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the match, Angelo Loi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Genaro Donostia. Wolverine Inmortal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Angelo Loi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. If Angelo Loi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexander-James von der Schulenburg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genaro Donostia having to interfere. Angelo Loi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sergio Papo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guaberto Jerold in the 37th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Angelo Loi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Genaro Donostia was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Genaro Donostia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexander-James von der Schulenburg, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Loi in the 41st minute of play forced Wolverine Inmortal's goalkeeper Genaro Donostia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Genaro Donostia came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Carrisito's Alexander-James von der Schulenburg. But to his dismay, Alexander-James von der Schulenburg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teobaldo Quinto was the one to do the kick off. When Alexander-James von der Schulenburg came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Carrisito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexander-James von der Schulenburg couldn't finish the play. 53 minutes into the game, one of Wolverine Inmortal:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Dan Bergendahl shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexander-James von der Schulenburg got free with Genaro Donostia in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Alexander-James von der Schulenburg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Angelo Loi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wolverine Inmortal's defense didn't have a chance, in the 79th minute, when Angelo Loi scored to the left of an out of position Genaro Donostia, making the score, 0-6. Alexander-James von der Schulenburg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genaro Donostia having to interfere. In the 89th match minute, Wolverine Inmortal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baltasar Frasco to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute, Carrisito's Alexander-James von der Schulenburg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Genaro Donostia. Genaro Donostia yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. After 92 minutes, Bartolo Tonio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wolverine Inmortal and the Carrisito players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 92nd match minute, Wolverine Inmortal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartolo Tonio to maneuver through the defense.
