Celestino Olivar kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 29th minute Justino Matxin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Cerilo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomás Saturnin in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonas Cerilo saved Pacífico from getting behind. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Jonas Cerilo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tomás Saturnin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Pacífico getting a freekick after 99 minutes play. Jacinto Tercero hit a great ball. Honorio Cresitobalo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 100th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jonas Cerilo. Pacífico's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
