After a defensive mix-up in Piñeyro's zone, Tomás Saturnin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximo Abadie came out of the goal and Tomás Saturnin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dante Kusko kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Tomás Saturnin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Maximo Abadie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomás Saturnin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximo Abadie having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomás Saturnin in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maximo Abadie saved Piñeyro from getting behind. Maximo Abadie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Piñeyro's zone, Justino Matxin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximo Abadie came out of the goal and Justino Matxin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tomás Saturnin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomás Saturnin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Tomás Saturnin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Piñeyro's Maximo Abadie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Prudencio Roland got free with Hilario Gasteiz in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 56 minutes of play, viernes fc's Tomás Saturnin made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maximo Abadie was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Piñeyro defense, Tomás Saturnin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maximo Abadie. The Piñeyro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maximo Abadie should have stopped the shot. Justino Matxin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Piñeyro's Emilio Larra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hilario Gasteiz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Piñeyro's Emilio Larra in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye viernes fc's goalie prevented a goal.
