Esteban Poz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Belasko, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Matias Matxin's late challenge caught a Deportivo Faso's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The wind increased when Ramiro Intxixu made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ramiro Intxixu in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adrian Quintin saved Ceballos FC from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Orlando Cebrian during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 65 played minutes Ceballos FC got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Cebrian. Romeo Mambru struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Adrian Quintin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Faso. Adrian Quintin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 87 minutes, Ramiro Intxixu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Faso's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramiro Intxixu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Clodoveo Vachon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Esteban Poz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Ceballos FC booed when Deportivo Faso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andres Bautista didn't get a good kick on the ball.
