Pedro Diegotxe's late challenge caught a Tralalhué's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pedro Diegotxe helped the player get up and apologised. In the 14th minute, Pedro Diegotxe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th match minute, Tralalhué was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisito Hitz to maneuver through the defense. Victorio Lamberto might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hilario Gasteiz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Victorio Lamberto ran back to his position shaking his head. Anibal Bihar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Saturnin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Tomás Saturnin managed to get in a good position for a shot. viernes fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomás Saturnin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anibal Bihar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tralalhué's goalkeeper Anibal Bihar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tomás Saturnin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anibal Bihar having to interfere. Anibal Bihar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justino Matxin, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After a rather tough play, Tralalhué's Luisito Hitz got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute Justino Matxin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Bihar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Justino Matxin came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the viernes fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Justino Matxin couldn't finish the play. Anibal Bihar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Saturnin in the 39th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Tralalhué's zone, Justino Matxin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anibal Bihar came out of the goal and Justino Matxin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evaristo Peli to make the kick off. Evaristo Peli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilario Gasteiz having to interfere. After 58 minutes, Tomás Saturnin made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Tralalhué's Anibal Bihar tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Baldomiro Ruy hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Justino Matxin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Anibal Bihar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomás Saturnin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Saturnin in the 71st minute of play forced Tralalhué's goalkeeper Anibal Bihar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomás Saturnin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anibal Bihar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pedro Diegotxe went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Tralalhué's zone, Tomás Saturnin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anibal Bihar came out of the goal and Tomás Saturnin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Justino Matxin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
