Spectators: 7358 (Terracing: 5519, Seating: 1692, VIP seats: 147) Campos's Carlos Serapio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Laguna AFC's Saul Bastian got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Prudencio Ramond managed to get in a good position for a shot. Campos's supporters rose to their feet, but Prudencio Ramond was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulises Gonsalvo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carlos Serapios short, quick shot in the 13thth minute got Ulises Gonsalvo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ulises Gonsalvo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Serapio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Campos's Prudencio Ramond slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ulises Gonsalvo. That made the score 1-0 after 15 minutes of play. After 19 minutes, Cesar Vincente mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Laguna AFC and the Campos players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 19 played minutes Laguna AFC got a freekick which was hit by Cesar Vincente. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Prudencio Ramond managed to get in a good position for a shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Serapio in the 24th minute of play forced Laguna AFC's goalkeeper Ulises Gonsalvo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute, Carlos Serapio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ulises Gonsalvo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Prudencio Ramond during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Campos's Prudencio Ramond got a free kick in the 28th minute. Laguna AFC's Baldomero Danel got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Campos's Carlos Serapio in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Laguna AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 39th minute, Carlos Serapio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Campos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Gregorio Mannie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anibal Cordearo having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Ulises Gonsalvo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudencio Ramond in the 56th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Serapio in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ulises Gonsalvo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Prudencio Ramond sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute, Carlos Serapio made a precise shot to the right of Ulises Gonsalvo. Laguna AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Ulises Gonsalvo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Serapio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74thth minute of the game Carlos Serapio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Laguna AFC's Ulises Gonsalvo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 75th minute Carlos Serapio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulises Gonsalvo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulises Gonsalvo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlos Serapio's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Campos's Prudencio Ramond couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 91st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Laguna AFC. Prudencio Ramond was shown his second yellow card after 96 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 97th match minute, Campos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prudencio Ramond to maneuver through the defense.
