Cornelio Olivar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robustiano Lopez in the 10th minute. Joaquin Quinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raimundo Nicholas in the 13th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, orteguita10's Raimundo Nicholas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquin Quinto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 17 minutes into the game, orteguita10's Luis Precioso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joaquin Quinto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Mario Hotz was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 22nd minute. Lavalle AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Cornelio Olivar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mario Hotz's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Robustiano Lopez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Cornelio Olivar made a huge save. In the 28th minute, Zeledon Erroman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Robustiano Lopezs short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Cornelio Olivar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Raimundo Nicholas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luis Precioso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Joaquin Quinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 45 played minutes Lavalle AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ariel Maju. 46 minutes into the match, orteguita10's Jesus Tiadoro broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The Lavalle AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. orteguita10 were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luis Precioso made a kick off. Raimundo Nicholas was extremely unlucky when he, in the 56th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After having played for 58 minutes, Luis Precioso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. orteguita10's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luis Precioso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 60thth minute of the game Luis Precioso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lavalle AFC's Joaquin Quinto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 75th minute, Zeledon Erroman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 77 minutes, Zeledon Erroman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the orteguita10 and the Lavalle AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Lavalle AFC booed when orteguita10 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeledon Erroman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lavalle AFC's Robustiano Lopez got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Lavalle AFC booed when orteguita10 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofilo Maju didn't get a good kick on the ball. The orteguita10 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
