Spectators: 7174 (Terracing: 5414, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 100) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jorge Raymundo got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute, Javier Gelmiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Javier Gelmiro got free with Reynaldo Miliano in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Javier Gelmiro came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Perdido AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Javier Gelmiro couldn't finish the play. 16 minutes into the match, Gas Negro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Raymundo came free, but Reynaldo Miliano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Perdido AFC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Emanuel Berdoi hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Gas Negro FC's Natalio Farias got a free kick in the 23rd minute. After 29 minutes of play, Gas Negro FC's Paulino Bento made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Santos Nikola was left in no man's land by his defense there! Generoso Gartzea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santos Nikola came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Gas Negro FC's Generoso Gartzea. But to his dismay, Generoso Gartzea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 49th minute, Generoso Gartzea made a precise shot to the right of Santos Nikola. Perdido AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After the first half Gas Negro FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Generoso Gartzea made a kick off. Reynaldo Miliano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javier Gelmiro in the 56th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Gas Negro FC's Generoso Gartzea got a free kick in the 64th minute. If Generoso Gartzea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Reynaldo Miliano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Javier Gelmiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 69 played minutes Perdido AFC got a freekick which was hit by Hipolito Bermudez. The supporters of Gas Negro FC booed when Perdido AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Gelmiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Perdido AFC's Emanuel Berdoi got a free kick in the 75th minute. Generoso Gartzea might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santos Nikola. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Generoso Gartzea ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Perdido AFC's zone, Paulino Bento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santos Nikola came out of the goal and Paulino Bento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gas Negro FC's Reynaldo Miliano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Raymundo in the 91st minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Gas Negro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Javier Gelmiro came free, but Reynaldo Miliano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emanuel Berdoi hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. Gas Negro FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
