In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Remolacha Azucarera's goalkeeper Edgardo Nel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Domingos Bartuelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domingos Bartuelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Edgardo Nel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Uñatuya's Edgardo Nel threw himself towards the right post 21 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Roberto Palben, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Domingos Bartuelos short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Edgardo Nel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Roberto Palben fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Nel having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Sixto Niguel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roberto Palben charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roberto Palben the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Uñatuya getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Roberto Palben hit a great ball. In the 34th minute Roberto Palben shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Nel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulino Lop showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaias Frantzes in the 46th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Paulino Lop made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Aznar in the 54th minute of play. Isaias Frantzes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, La Remolacha Azucarera's Leopoldo Luar got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Uñatuya's Ramon Mundo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 74th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for La Remolacha Azucarera. Roberto Palben sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Isaias Frantzes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
