Spectators: 7201 (Terracing: 5402, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) Serafin Gumaro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The supporters of Paranacito FC booed when E. de L.P. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artemio Leguizamón didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eduardo Orain took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulino Fernendo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matias Sagrario in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Genaro Asier saved Paranacito FC from getting behind. Paranacito FC's Genaro Asier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafin Gumaro in the 11th minute of play. After having played for 13 minutes, Wilfredo Cai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. E. de L.P.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilfredo Cai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Genaro Asier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafin Gumaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th match minute, Paranacito FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestor Benvido to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th of the match, Serafin Gumaro tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Genaro Asier got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind E. de L.P.'s goalkeeper Eduardo Orain, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Daniel Maju had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd match minute, E. de L.P. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saul Bela to maneuver through the defense. Paulino Fernendo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Eduardo Orain tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Paranacito FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave E. de L.P. the free kick. Damaso Jurdan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 56th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Genaro Asier. Paranacito FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 59 minutes of play, E. de L.P.'s Serafin Gumaro made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Genaro Asier was left in no man's land by his defense there! Serafin Gumaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Genaro Asier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Serafin Gumaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Paranacito FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Nestor Benvido hit a great ball. Genaro Asier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilfredo Cai in the 67th minute of the match. When E. de L.P.'s Serafin Gumaro in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 74th minute, Damaso Jurdan sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Paranacito FC's Genaro Asier didn't even have to move. Genaro Asier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafin Gumaro in the 76th minute of play. Daniel Maju sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the E. de L.P. defense, Daniel Maju kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eduardo Orain. The E. de L.P. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eduardo Orain should have stopped the shot. In the 83rd minute, Serafin Gumaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Serafin Gumaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genaro Asier having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The E. de L.P. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Paranacito FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
