Spectators: 7226 (Terracing: 5421, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, David Fidencio managed to get in a good position for a shot. EscorpioneS's supporters rose to their feet, but David Fidencio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Modesto Oihenarte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 10 minutes into the game, Arnoldo Jaizki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Clun Atletico River Plate's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EscorpioneS the free kick. After a rather tough play, Clun Atletico River Plate's Arnoldo Jaizki got a free kick in the 10th minute. David Fidencio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Filomeno Bikendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Amado Azubeli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Kusko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the game, Clun Atletico River Plate's Pastor Kusko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amado Azubeli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Filomeno Bikendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If David Fidencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute of the match Felix Ubendu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amado Azubeli showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Placido Suarez took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Modesto Oihenarte. Clun Atletico River Plate's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. EscorpioneS's Filomeno Bikendi got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Clun Atletico River Plate's Modesto Oihenarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Fidencio in the 33rd minute of play. David Fidencio took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Modesto Oihenarte. Modesto Oihenarte dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. If Filomeno Bikendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 47 minutes, Filomeno Bikendi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EscorpioneS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filomeno Bikendi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell David Fidencio to make the kick off. When Filomeno Bikendi came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the EscorpioneS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filomeno Bikendi couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Clun Atletico River Plate getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Cecilio Niguel hit a great ball. Modesto Oihenarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filomeno Bikendi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. EscorpioneS's David Fidencio managed to work through Clun Atletico River Plate's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. David Fidencio dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 64 minutes into the match, Clun Atletico River Plate's goal looked a bit too open when Filomeno Bikendi came free, but Modesto Oihenarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute, Pastor Kusko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Clun Atletico River Plate fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After some careless play in the Clun Atletico River Plate defense, Filomeno Bikendi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Modesto Oihenarte. The Clun Atletico River Plate fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Modesto Oihenarte should have stopped the shot. Elvio Figueroa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Amado Azubeli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucas Elequemedo's late challenge caught a Clun Atletico River Plate's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucas Elequemedo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 80th match minute, EscorpioneS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Elequemedo to maneuver through the defense. Elvio Figueroa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vladimiro Bazkoare kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute Elvio Figueroa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amado Azubeli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. EscorpioneS had won after a very even match.
