The crowd rose to their feet as Deportivo Fiorella's Ermegildo Manny slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Enzo Tono. That made the score 4-0 after 39 minutes of play. The wind increased when Higinio Cordario made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Dep Táchira FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Eriz came free, but Enzo Tono reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Deportivo Fiorella's Ermegildo Manny got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
