Spectators: 6865 (Terracing: 5200, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 4) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lino Guzman kicked off to start the match. Vicente Corderun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Firmo having to interfere. Gerardo Firmo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Atauri in the 10th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Rahué's Isaac Atauri sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gerardo Firmo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Palacios's Benedicto Erramun threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lino Guzman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Benedicto Erramun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Guzman in the 15th minute of play. If Isaac Atauri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lino Guzman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Benedicto Erramun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Celedonio Urtats got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Sebastian Mannuel fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rahué's protests and gave Sebastian Mannuel a yellow card for diving instead. Dario Vargas charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dario Vargas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Rahué getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Dario Vargas hit a great ball. Gerardo Firmo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Atauri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, Palacios's Celedonio Urtats sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benedicto Erramun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Eugenio Karmel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugenio Karmel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Gerardo Firmo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaac Atauri in the 41st minute of play forced Palacios's goalkeeper Gerardo Firmo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celedonio Urtats recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isaac Atauri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eugenio Karmel got free with Gerardo Firmo in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eugenio Karmel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Firmo having to interfere. Benedicto Erramun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Guzman, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Isaac Atauri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Gerardo Firmo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Rahué defense, Celedonio Urtats kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benedicto Erramun. The Rahué fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benedicto Erramun should have stopped the shot. Palacios's defense didn't have a chance, in the 75th minute, when Isaac Atauri scored to the left of an out of position Gerardo Firmo, making the score, 1-1. Eugenio Karmel struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Gerardo Firmo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rahué. Gerardo Firmo made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Eugenio Karmel sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Guzman in the 91st minute of play forced Rahué's goalkeeper Benedicto Erramun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 93 minutes of play Rahué's Dario Vargas was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Dario Vargas hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. A collision led to Rahué getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Vicente Corderun hit a great ball. Marco Chayo, 98 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Rahué players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
