After a rather tough play, RIvErPlATE's Ciro Oihan got a free kick in the 11th minute. CLUB ATLÉTICO NARE's Guillermo Hermelando proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save CLUB ATLÉTICO NARE from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 19 minutes, Guillermo Hermelando successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Alejo Inge struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Fernando Frutos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CLUB ATLÉTICO NARE. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alejo Inge in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fernando Frutos saved RIvErPlATE from getting behind. Fernando Frutos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ivan Gorbea went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Fernando Frutos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejo Inge in the 31st minute of the match. After some careless play in the RIvErPlATE defense, Alejo Inge kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fernando Frutos. The RIvErPlATE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernando Frutos should have stopped the shot. When Ivan Gorbea came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the CLUB ATLÉTICO NARE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivan Gorbea couldn't finish the play. Alejo Inge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 39 minutes into the game, CLUB ATLÉTICO NARE's Ivan Gorbea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fernando Frutos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Fernando Frutos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Delmar Turi's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Guillermo Hermelando was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nemesio Orkatz hit a great ball. Fernando Frutos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejo Inge, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Alejo Inge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to CLUB ATLÉTICO NARE getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Alejo Inge hit a great ball. In the 95th minute, Saul Janpier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The RIvErPlATE supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching CLUB ATLÉTICO NARE's performance. The match ended with a win for CLUB ATLÉTICO NARE.
