In the 8th minute, Isidro Petrigai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 17 played minutes Dog Soldiers F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Cordearo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arsenio Honesto in the 18th minute of play forced Dog Soldiers F.C.'s goalkeeper Lino Maldonado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Arsenio Honesto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Maldonado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dog Soldiers F.C.'s Lino Maldonado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arsenio Honesto in the 23rd minute of play. Dog Soldiers F.C.'s Sebastian Gaizkine got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zacarias Transito hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute, Enzo Ekain reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cornelio Bernebe. The goal made the score 2-0. Leandro Cordearo kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. A well placed Enzo Ekain short distance shot in the 48th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edelmiro Otoniel to make the kick off. Isidro Petrigai's late challenge caught a Dog Soldiers F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isidro Petrigai helped the player get up and apologised. Isidro Petrigai kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 56th match minute, real pargata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zacarias Transito to maneuver through the defense. Cornelio Bernebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Ekain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edelmiro Otoniel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Lino Maldonado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leopoldo Napier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Bernebe having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Zacarias Transito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Leopoldo Napier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Enzo Ekain's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cornelio Bernebe was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teobaldo Flores during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Dog Soldiers F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while real pargata had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
