Melchor Sandaili showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andres Tonio in the 14th minute of the match. Leopoldo Fernendo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Melchor Sandaili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Tonio in the 18th minute of play. Jesus Eztebe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Amadeo Kimetz made a huge save. If Leopoldo Fernendo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andres Tonio in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Melchor Sandaili saved CLUB ATLETICO AGUSTIN from getting behind. In the 30th minute of the match Melchor Napier shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Melchor Sandaili showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jesus Eztebe took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amadeo Kimetz. Amadeo Kimetz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Melchor Sandaili stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andres Tonio's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andres Tonio to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amancio Indartsu during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Andres Tonio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, CLUB ATLETICO AGUSTIN's Melchor Sandaili got control of the ball when Leopoldo Fernendo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 59th minute, Lino Semeno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 62 played minutes CLUB ATLETICO AGUSTIN got a freekick which was hit by Amancio Indartsu. After recieving a nice pass, Almafuerte's Robustiano Gilesindo tried to score from far away in the 63rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Almafuerte's Leopoldo Fernendo got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. CLUB ATLETICO AGUSTIN's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Andres Tonio 67 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Leopoldo Fernendo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Almafuerte's supporters rose to their feet, but Leopoldo Fernendo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Melchor Sandaili breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andres Tonio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Melchor Sandaili read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. CLUB ATLETICO AGUSTIN's Baldomiro Calvet got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Jesus Eztebe managed to get in a good position for a shot. CLUB ATLETICO AGUSTIN's supporters rose to their feet, but Jesus Eztebe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amadeo Kimetz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 85 minutes into the match, CLUB ATLETICO AGUSTIN's goalkeeper Melchor Sandaili had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leopoldo Fernendo. Andres Tonio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melchor Sandaili having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Baldomiro Calvet notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Almafuerte's Amadeo Kimetz. Amadeo Kimetz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. CLUB ATLETICO AGUSTIN had won after a very even match.
