Osvaldo Lehoi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 35 played minutes, Tu Hermana F.C.'s Sixto Azeari shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Osvaldo Lehoi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tu Hermana F.C. reached it. Osvaldo Lehoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Balesio in the 36th minute of play. After 42 played minutes Lavalle got a freekick which was hit by Arnoldo Iaki. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Salvador Herauso made a kick off. Salvador Herauso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodosio Urdin having to interfere. Edelmiro Aureo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Salvador Herauso might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teodosio Urdin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Salvador Herauso ran back to his position shaking his head. Edelmiro Aureo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Salvador Herauso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodosio Urdin having to interfere. The Tu Hermana F.C. players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
