After a rather tough play, Ganimedes F.C.'s Aquilino Sancho got a free kick in the 19th minute. The supporters of Chacharramendi booed when Ganimedes F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Derwin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 25 minutes, Pedro Dei mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chacharramendi and the Ganimedes F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnaldo Iliana in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anibal Bastia saved Chacharramendi from getting behind. When Aquilino Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Ganimedes F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aquilino Sancho couldn't finish the play. The wind increased when Arnaldo Iliana made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Arnaldo Iliana made a precise shot to the right of Anibal Bastia. Chacharramendi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 62 played minutes Ganimedes F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Americo Gutxi. After a defensive mix-up in Ganimedes F.C.'s zone, Guillermo Sustrai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nemesio Chorache came out of the goal and Guillermo Sustrai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnaldo Iliana blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anibal Bastia having to make a save. Nemesio Chorache showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillermo Sustrai, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ganimedes F.C.'s zone, Guillermo Sustrai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nemesio Chorache came out of the goal and Guillermo Sustrai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Pedro Dei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ganimedes F.C. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
