Spectators: 7097 (Terracing: 5432, Seating: 1665, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pedro Dei kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Dei in the 7th minute of play forced Kanario F.C.'s goalkeeper Octavio Abancens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 10 minutes, Guillermo Chinto made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Chacharramendi's Anibal Bastia tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Guillermo Chinto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kanario F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Guillermo Chinto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anibal Bastia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chacharramendi's Anibal Bastia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Ofelio in the 16th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Chacharramendi's Octavio Abancens threw himself towards the right post 21 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Pedro Dei, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Dei in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Octavio Abancens saved Kanario F.C. from getting behind. 26 minutes into the match, Kanario F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Dei came free, but Octavio Abancens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Guillermo Chinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Chacharramendi's zone, Guillermo Chinto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anibal Bastia came out of the goal and Guillermo Chinto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39th minute Pedro Dei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Abancens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd match minute, Kanario F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristobal Ticho to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute Guillermo Chinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Bastia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amadeo Ofelio made a kick off. Guillermo Chinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anibal Bastia having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Pedro Dei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chacharramendi's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Dei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Octavio Abancens breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Julian Belo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anibal Bastia made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Guillermo Chinto sent off a good shot on target. In the 69th match minute, Chacharramendi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaac Bertol to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Elias Luix from long distance, 70 minutes into the match, got Anibal Bastia's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Chacharramendi's Julian Belo got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Kanario F.C.'s zone, Julian Belo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Octavio Abancens came out of the goal and Julian Belo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anibal Bastia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guillermo Chinto in the 80th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Amadeo Ofelio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kanario F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Amadeo Ofelio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anibal Bastia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anibal Bastia was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Elias Luix. Julian Belo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the game, Timoteo Richie was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kanario F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chacharramendi the free kick. The Kanario F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Kanario F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
