Danilo Florin went to the cornerflag to take it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Augusto Selmo made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Pata Corta's Rosendo Bernad got a free kick in the 54th minute. Erubiel Friscos short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Silvestre Orzaize to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Lucas Francesco came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Club Atlético Pata Corta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucas Francesco couldn't finish the play. Raimundo Eleder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Francesco in the 69th minute of the match. 9.12.18's Augusto Selmo got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 76th minute Lucas Francesco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Eleder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lorenzo Hernando took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 79th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Raimundo Eleder. 9.12.18's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Augusto Selmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvestre Orzaize having to interfere. Augusto Selmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Silvestre Orzaize tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Club Atlético Pata Corta getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Rosendo Bernad hit a great ball. Silvestre Orzaize didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 9.12.18. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Pata Corta's Rosendo Bernad got a free kick in the 97th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Club Atlético Pata Corta fans cheered their team off the field, for while 9.12.18 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
