Atilano Gau, 4 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Club Atlético Pata Corta's Silvestre Orzaize proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Pata Corta from getting a goal against them. 20 minutes into the match, Alejo Cugat notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Ñoquebe AFC's Gilberto Eudoxio. Gilberto Eudoxio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Club Atlético Pata Corta booed when Ñoquebe AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justino Gumaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Geronimo Pacho who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 25thth minute tested the skills of Silvestre Orzaize when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gilberto Eudoxio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Francesco in the 26th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Alejo Cugat managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Pata Corta's supporters rose to their feet, but Alejo Cugat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gilberto Eudoxio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 30th minute, Lucas Francesco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 33rd match minute, Ñoquebe AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justino Gumaro to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute of the match Danilo Florin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gilberto Eudoxio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gilberto Eudoxio came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético Pata Corta's Lucas Francesco. But to his dismay, Lucas Francesco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Geronimo Pacho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 48th minute, Leopoldo Colon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucas Francesco made a kick off. Geronimo Pacho scored 1-2 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silvestre Orzaize, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 61 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Pata Corta's Danilo Florin broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Cirilo Onbera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Geronimo Pacho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Silvestre Orzaize tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th match minute, Club Atlético Pata Corta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Hernando to maneuver through the defense. If Geronimo Pacho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Ñoquebe AFC's Amado Canor got a free kick in the 71st minute. If Alejo Cugat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Club Atlético Pata Corta's Lucas Francesco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gilberto Eudoxio. That made the score 1-3 after 75 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Geronimo Pacho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvestre Orzaize was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. After having played for 91 minutes, Cirilo Onbera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ñoquebe AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cirilo Onbera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cirilo Onbera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvestre Orzaize having to interfere. Ñoquebe AFC's Cirilo Onbera got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Club Atlético Pata Corta walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
