Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Chañarense FC's Ismael Juvenal started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mario Gaskon charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mario Gaskon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mario Gaskon kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Vinicio Abecia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gogo Gabirel in the 4th minute of the match. Zacarias Elia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vinicio Abecia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. In the 13th minute Ismael Juvenal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vinicio Abecia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Braulio Tonete received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Vinicio Abecia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Braulio Tonete in the 17th minute of play forced Selección de Conavir's goalkeeper Vinicio Abecia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th match minute, Selección de Conavir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Gaskon to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the game, Amancio Iratzeder was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Selección de Conavir's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chañarense FC the free kick. In the 19th minute, Amancio Iratzeder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Selección de Conavir's zone, Ismael Juvenal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vinicio Abecia came out of the goal and Ismael Juvenal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gogo Gabirel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Braulio Tonete struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Vinicio Abecia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chañarense FC. Vinicio Abecia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Amor, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. When Teodoro Amor came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Chañarense FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodoro Amor couldn't finish the play. Vinicio Abecia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Juvenal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Braulio Tonete received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Vinicio Abecia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chañarense FC's Teodoro Amor got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th minute Teodoro Amor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vinicio Abecia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Felix Maule made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Selección de Conavir's Vinicio Abecia got control of the ball when Braulio Tonete tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 53 minutes Selección de Conavir's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Teodoro Amor who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Selección de Conavir's goalie and right to Zacarias Elia. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Selección de Conavir's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Teodoro Amor struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Ismael Juvenal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinicio Abecia having to interfere. Vinicio Abecia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gogo Gabirel in the 62nd minute of the match. A very good chance for a goal. 80 minutes into the match, Chañarense FC's Zacarias Elia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vinicio Abecia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Teodoro Amor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vinicio Abecia having to make a save. In the 83rd minute, Eloy Jesco fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Vinicio Abecia, passed just outside the right post. Gogo Gabirel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Vinicio Abecia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 90 minutes, Javier Filipo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chañarense FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Javier Filipo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ismael Juvenal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Vinicio Abecia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Braulio Tonete recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Chañarense FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
