Spectators: 7061 (Terracing: 5405, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gaston Farias took the kick off in the first half of the match. Dante Inocente recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 5th minute, Ezequiel Min hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amadeo Rioja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Farias, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. When Alejandro Salvino came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the CICLON F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alejandro Salvino couldn't finish the play. CICLON F.C.'s Dante Inocente got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Cayetano Baumar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 21 played minutes CICLON F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Sergio Sarracino. Alejandro Salvino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Hipolito Honrio made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alejandro Salvino got free with Hipolito Honrio in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dante Inocente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Hipolito Honrio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Dante Inocente kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hipolito Honrio. That made the score 1-0 in the 40 minute of play. Alejandro Salvino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dante Inocente stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Amadeo Rioja made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cayetano Baumar in the 53rd minute. Hipolito Honrio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dante Inocente in the 60th minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Atlethic Tahiel F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Alejandro Salvino came free, but Hipolito Honrio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Atlethic Tahiel F.C.'s zone, Alejandro Salvino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hipolito Honrio came out of the goal and Alejandro Salvino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Alejandro Salvino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Atlethic Tahiel F.C.'s Gaston Farias slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Amadeo Rioja. That made the score 1-1 after 91 minutes of play.
