Condarco's Victoriano Ilazki pulled a muscle in his leg after 3 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 4th minute, Americo Salvator hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 7th minute, Universitario's Melchor Nisio seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Melchor Nisio the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Universitario protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Melchor Nisio had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 7th minute of the game. One of Universitario:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Condarco:s goal. After 17 played minutes Condarco got a freekick which was hit by Carmelo Guzman. After some careless play in the Universitario defense, Isaias Gamus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ruben Ramirez. The Universitario fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ruben Ramirez should have stopped the shot. Marco Bikendi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruben Ramirez having to interfere. In the 41st match minute, Universitario was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Americo Salvator to maneuver through the defense. Isaias Gamus took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ruben Ramirez. Ruben Ramirez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

In the 54th minute, Fabian Sotero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Adrian Saturnin in the 55th minute really tested Ruben Ramirez's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Dionisio Unai kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ruben Ramirez. That made the score 0-5 in the 57 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amadeo Noe in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruben Ramirez saved Universitario from getting behind. 67 minutes into the match, Universitario's goal looked a bit too open when Dionisio Unai came free, but Ruben Ramirez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruben Ramirez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dionisio Unai, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Universitario's goalkeeper Ruben Ramirez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marco Bikendi. In the 80th minute Isaias Gamus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruben Ramirez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Eliseo Mero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Braulio Casomiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. Eliseo Mero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Braulio Casomiro having to make a save. Condarco's Braulio Casomiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Mero in the 87th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Universitario's Fabian Sotero got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Condarco's Adrian Saturnin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 94th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Universitario. 96 minutes into the match, Universitario's goalkeeper Ruben Ramirez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marco Bikendi. The Universitario supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Condarco's performance. The match ended with a win for Condarco.
