Prudencio Blanco made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Herminio Caetano sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Demolition FC defense, Ramiro Raulo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Raul Sabin. The Demolition FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Raul Sabin should have stopped the shot. Prudencio Blanco was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Tomás Cruz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tomás Cruz really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. With a little luck, Racing Club's Prudencio Blanco got control of the ball when Sergio Ekialde tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 24 minutes, Teo Kismi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Racing Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teo Kismi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ramiro Raulo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raul Sabin having to interfere. Felipe Gilen's late challenge caught a Demolition FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felipe Gilen helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Racing Club's Felipe Gilen got a free kick in the 37th minute. Tomás Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prudencio Blanco having to interfere. In the 45th minute Teo Kismi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Sabin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Teo Kismi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Ramiro Raulo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Racing Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramiro Raulo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raul Sabin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 56th minute, Felipe Gilen had to leave the field with a concussion. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sergio Ekialde during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Demolition FC's Sergio Ekialde got a free kick in the 57th minute. Prudencio Blanco came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Demolition FC's Tomás Cruz. But to his dismay, Tomás Cruz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 66th minute, Tomás Cruz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Prudencio Blanco was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. A collision led to Racing Club getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Froilan Cordarrel hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Demolition FC's Alonzo Pietro tried to score from far away in the 76th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, Tomás Cruz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Prudencio Blanco. Racing Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomás Cruz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. In the 88th minute Herminio Caetano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prudencio Blanco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomás Cruz struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Prudencio Blanco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Demolition FC. Herminio Caetano might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Prudencio Blanco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Herminio Caetano ran back to his position shaking his head.
