Universitario:s Ruben Ramirez showed great skill when he stopped Alonzo Pietro:s penalty. In the 26th minute, Gaspar Victoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 35 minutes, Eliseo Mero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Universitario's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliseo Mero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gaspar Victoro hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Ovidio Malvin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raul Sabin having to interfere. Raul Sabin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Malvin in the 40th minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Gaspar Victoro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ruben Ramirez. The goal made the score 2-0. Leopoldo Joey charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leopoldo Joey the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Tomás Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

After 53 played minutes Demolition FC got a freekick which was hit by Ildefonso Lorencio. Moises Arano charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Moises Arano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Moises Arano hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Tomás Cruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Ruben Ramirez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Universitario booed when Demolition FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregorio Balesio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th minute Herminio Caetano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruben Ramirez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruben Ramirez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herminio Caetano in the 81st minute of the match. When Leopoldo Joey came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Universitario fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leopoldo Joey couldn't finish the play. 87 minutes into the game, Eliseo Mero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Universitario's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Demolition FC the free kick. In the 87th match minute, Universitario was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Mero to maneuver through the defense. 94 minutes into the match, Universitario's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Cruz came free, but Ruben Ramirez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
