Errecaborda's Silvio Toribio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 23 minutes into the game, Nunez Cuartio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Silvio Toribio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 25 minutes, Erubiel Gil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Errecaborda and the Club Atletico Sportivo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Erubiel Gil hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After 27 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Errecaborda! Silvio Toribio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arsenio Luzea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evelio Hulberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the match, Erubiel Gil notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Club Atletico Sportivo's Nicolas Urre. Nicolas Urre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Club Atletico Sportivo's Nicolas Urre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erubiel Gil in the 42nd minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The wind increased when Erubiel Gil made the kick off in the second half. Arsenio Luzea's late challenge caught a Errecaborda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arsenio Luzea helped the player get up and apologised. Arsenio Luzea kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Errecaborda's zone, Arsenio Luzea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvio Toribio came out of the goal and Arsenio Luzea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nunez Cuartio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Silvio Toribio made a huge save. Nunez Cuartio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Errecaborda's Bruno Huly got a free kick in the 66th minute. Evelio Hulberto struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Nicolas Urre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Errecaborda. Evelio Hulberto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Urre having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Erubiel Gil's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicolas Urre was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Nicolas Urre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erubiel Gil in the 87th minute of the match. Erubiel Salvino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Urre having to interfere.
