Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Serafin Cesario started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Cirilo Aurre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Papo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, Susques's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Estavan came free, but Lisandro Pudes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teodoro Lando during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Teodoro Lando hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Cirilo Aurre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Susques's supporters rose to their feet, but Cirilo Aurre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enrique Papo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th match minute, Maimará AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilio Jerold to maneuver through the defense. Enrique Papo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cirilo Aurre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Benjamin Estavan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 21 minutes, Modesto Eliazar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Susques and the Maimará AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st match minute, Susques was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Modesto Eliazar to maneuver through the defense. Cirilo Aurre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Papo having to interfere. In the 34th match minute, Maimará AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Tibalt to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cirilo Aurre in the 36th minute of play forced Maimará AFC's goalkeeper Enrique Papo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enrique Papo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cirilo Aurre in the 37th minute of the match. Enrique Papo made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Saverio Atarrabi sent off a good shot on target. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cirilo Aurre to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Serafin Cesario kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lisandro Pudes. That made the score 1-1 in the 66 minute of play. Enrique Papo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saverio Atarrabi's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Lisandro Pudes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benjamin Estavan in the 72nd minute. Enrique Papo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cirilo Aurre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Maimará AFC's Emilio Jerold got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Cirilo Aurre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gavino Charro during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 89 played minutes Susques got a freekick which was hit by Gavino Charro. When Benjamin Estavan came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Maimará AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamin Estavan couldn't finish the play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
