After a rather tough play, Maimará AFC's Guillermo Nalo got a free kick in the 10th minute. After 11 played minutes, Visca Lepra's David Rosario shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Enrique Papo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Visca Lepra reached it. In the 15th minute Serafin Cesario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fermin Ellande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fermin Ellande showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafin Cesario, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Benjamin Estavan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enrique Papo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Silban in the 20th minute of play. After 21 minutes of play Maimará AFC's Teodoro Lando was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Rogelio Orlan's late challenge caught a Maimará AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rogelio Orlan helped the player get up and apologised. 43 minutes into the game, Isidoro Abeijon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maimará AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Visca Lepra the free kick. The supporters of Visca Lepra booed when Maimará AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidoro Abeijon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maimará AFC's Enrique Papo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremias Silban in the 46th minute of play. In the 48th minute Rogelio Orlan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Papo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jeremias Silban made a kick off. Ricardo Laurendi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Papo having to interfere. Enrique Papo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dario Joachim went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Visca Lepra's Dario Joachim got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 68th minute, Dario Joachim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dario Joachim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Papo having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Visca Lepra's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Estavan came free, but Fermin Ellande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
