Susques's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nestor Quinito was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 14th minute Erasmo Manni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lisandro Pudes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th match minute, Santi.River was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prospero Boniel to maneuver through the defense. Delmiro Sauveur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Lisandro Pudes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Susques getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Gilberto Bladi hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute of the match Edgard Jokin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lisandro Pudes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A hard shot by Generoso Telmo from long distance, 23 minutes into the match, got Silvio Normando's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After a rather tough play, Susques's Gilberto Bladi got a free kick in the 24th minute. If Delmiro Sauveur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saverio Atarrabi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Silvio Normando made a huge save. 35 minutes into the match, Susques's goal looked a bit too open when Delmiro Sauveur came free, but Lisandro Pudes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Nestor Quinito came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Santi.River fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nestor Quinito couldn't finish the play. Delmiro Sauveur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Lisandro Pudes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Delmiro Sauveur struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Lisandro Pudes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Santi.River. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Nestor Quinito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santi.River's supporters rose to their feet, but Nestor Quinito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lisandro Pudes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Susques players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Santi.River were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nestor Quinito to make the kick off. Santi.River's Delmiro Sauveur got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 53 minutes into the match, Susques's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Quinito came free, but Lisandro Pudes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gavino Charro charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gavino Charro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Susques's Gavino Charro got a free kick in the 54th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Delmiro Sauveur got free with Lisandro Pudes in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Delmiro Sauveur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Pudes having to interfere. Silvio Normando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saverio Atarrabi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nestor Eudoxio kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. When Nestor Quinito came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Santi.River fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nestor Quinito couldn't finish the play. After 67 minutes of play Susques's Gavino Charro was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 68th match minute, Susques was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gavino Charro to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 71 minutes, Nestor Quinito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santi.River's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nestor Quinito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Delmiro Sauveur's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 76thth minute, Lisandro Pudes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Cirilo Aurre hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Cirilo Aurre's late challenge caught a Santi.River's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cirilo Aurre helped the player get up and apologised. In the 81st match minute, Susques was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cirilo Aurre to maneuver through the defense. 83 minutes into the match, Susques's goalkeeper Lisandro Pudes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Delmiro Sauveur. Cirilo Aurre kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Edgard Jokin sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Susques's Lisandro Pudes didn't even have to move. Nestor Quinito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Susques fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Santi.River were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
