Spectators: 7100 (Terracing: 5434, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 0) Eustacio Benvide started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Fernando Inocente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodolfo Cloyo having to interfere. Primitivo Abadia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dante Tebaldo went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Primitivo Abadia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustacio Benvide in the 12th minute of play. If Fernando Inocente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aurelio Bilbo hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. When Marcelo Lizar came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Gato Encerrado fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelo Lizar couldn't finish the play. In the 32nd match minute, Larroude was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Loreto to maneuver through the defense. Emiliano Obano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the game, Marcelo Lizar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Rodolfo Cloyo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Larroude booed when Gato Encerrado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Bonifaco didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Emiliano Obano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Larroude's Rodolfo Cloyo got control of the ball when Marcelo Lizar tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

In the 54th minute, Denis Ariando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rodolfo Cloyo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emiliano Obano, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Emiliano Obano struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Rodolfo Cloyo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gato Encerrado. Emiliano Obano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Larroude's zone, Emiliano Obano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodolfo Cloyo came out of the goal and Emiliano Obano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Denis Ariando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gato Encerrado's supporters rose to their feet, but Denis Ariando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodolfo Cloyo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcelo Lizar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Emiliano Obano came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Gato Encerrado fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emiliano Obano couldn't finish the play. After having played for 76 minutes, Marcelo Lizar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gato Encerrado's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcelo Lizar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 77th minute Emiliano Obano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Cloyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelo Lizar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Rodolfo Cloyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emiliano Obano in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodolfo Cloyo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Emiliano Obano might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rodolfo Cloyo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emiliano Obano ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 92nd minute, Emiliano Obano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rodolfo Cloyo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Inocente, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. In the 96th minute, Emiliano Obano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gato Encerrado fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Gato Encerrado's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
