Spectators: 6887 (Terracing: 5387, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Isaias Cordarius kicked off to start the match. The supporters of S.A.M booed when Caballito FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Frisco didn't get a good kick on the ball. S.A.M's Bartolo Ubendu couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 4th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Caballito FC. Erasmo Hitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Haroldo Nerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Caballito FC defense, Jeremias Paulin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Haroldo Nerio. The Caballito FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Haroldo Nerio should have stopped the shot. Eugenio Franco kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Caballito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ruperto Amor came free, but Haroldo Nerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Isaias Cordarius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugenio Franco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Generoso Efraim having to interfere. Diego Tavio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Generoso Efraim made a huge save. Caballito FC's Diego Tavio got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Haroldo Nerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Hitz in the 36th minute of play. If Erasmo Hitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Haroldo Nerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruperto Amor in the 42nd minute of play. Ruperto Amor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Haroldo Nerio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Diego Tavio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ruperto Amor to make the kick off. Caballito FC's Haroldo Nerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruperto Amor in the 57th minute of play. After 66 played minutes S.A.M got a freekick which was hit by Bartolo Ubendu. The audience held their breath when David Baudelio in the 68th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Generoso Efraim's left hand side. In the 74th minute, Bartolo Ubendu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 76th minute of the match David Baudelio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Generoso Efraim showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Ruperto Amor came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the S.A.M fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ruperto Amor couldn't finish the play. S.A.M's Erasmo Hitz got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Gustavo Loco fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caballito FC's protests and gave Gustavo Loco a yellow card for diving instead. Gustavo Loco kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Ruperto Amor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Haroldo Nerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruperto Amor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Caballito FC's Haroldo Nerio got control of the ball when Erasmo Hitz tried to sneak it across the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, S.A.M's Erasmo Hitz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Haroldo Nerio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. S.A.M had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
