Spegazzini F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Nestor Favila was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evaristo Baraquiel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Basilio Mouricio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregorio Deunoro in the 7th minute of the match. In the 8th minute, Alfonso Bartolome got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 9th minute, Nestor Favila got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 10 played minutes Chorrillos FC got a freekick which was hit by Enzo Jerold. In the 11th minute Nestor Favila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evaristo Baraquiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Basilio Mouricio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Abastas in the 13th minute of the match. Everardo Abastas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Mouricio having to interfere. Alfonso Bartolome struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Evaristo Baraquiel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Spegazzini F.C. In the 20th minute of the match Efrain Viviano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Evaristo Baraquiel skillfully saved the ball. In the 22nd minute of the match Eugenio Oihan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Basilio Mouricio skillfully saved the ball. Evaristo Baraquiel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Favila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Spegazzini F.C's goalkeeper Basilio Mouricio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Spegazzini F.C's zone, Everardo Abastas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basilio Mouricio came out of the goal and Everardo Abastas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Everardo Abastas hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. 39 minutes into the match, Spegazzini F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Gregorio Deunoro came free, but Basilio Mouricio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Chorrillos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Favila came free, but Evaristo Baraquiel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nestor Favila took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evaristo Baraquiel. Evaristo Baraquiel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0.

Fausto Palben charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fausto Palben the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Chorrillos FC booed when Spegazzini F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Palben didn't get a good kick on the ball. Evaristo Baraquiel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso Bartolome in the 56th minute of the match. Roque Emeterio hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Efrain Viviano hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Everardo Abastas in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Basilio Mouricio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Alfonso Bartolome came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Spegazzini F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfonso Bartolome couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Favila in the 67th minute of play forced Chorrillos FC's goalkeeper Evaristo Baraquiel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Gregorio Deunoro came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Chorrillos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gregorio Deunoro couldn't finish the play. Alfonso Bartolome received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Evaristo Baraquiel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Spegazzini F.C's Basilio Mouricio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Spegazzini F.C from getting a goal against them. Efrain Viviano's late challenge caught a Chorrillos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Efrain Viviano helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Spegazzini F.C fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 84th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Basilio Mouricio, was totally fooled by Chorrillos FC's Horacio Hanot, who 86 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After a defensive mix-up in Spegazzini F.C's zone, Everardo Abastas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basilio Mouricio came out of the goal and Everardo Abastas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Gregorio Deunoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute Alfonso Bartolome shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evaristo Baraquiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfonso Bartolome received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Evaristo Baraquiel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
