Igor Montel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Urtsin having to interfere. After 14 played minutes Ycuha AFC got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Arlo. 20 minutes into the match, Ycuha AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Nereo Bermudez came free, but Celso Urtsin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celso Urtsin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Montel in the 21st minute of the match. Jesus Matxin made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Ivan Pereyra sent off a good shot on target. Clodoveo Oton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jesus Matxin having to make a save. Victorio Ferrando kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Ycuha AFC's Clodoveo Oton got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ivan Pereyra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesus Matxin having to interfere. Gregorio Lucian hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Porron y Novia Nueva's Victorio Ferrando got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 50th minute Ycuha AFC were awarded a corner. Jorge Hotz went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Romulo Salbatore heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Clodoveo Oton to strike the kick off in the second half. Romulo Salbatore kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. The goalkeeper, Celso Urtsin, was totally fooled by Porron y Novia Nueva's Rodrigo Vitin, who 61 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Jesus Matxin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Pereyra in the 65th minute of play. Nereo Bermudez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Urtsin having to interfere. Ivan Pereyra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Jesus Matxin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gregorio Lucian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Urtsin having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nereo Bermudez in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Celso Urtsin saved Ycuha AFC from getting behind. 82 minutes into the match, Igor Montel notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Ycuha AFC's Celso Urtsin. Celso Urtsin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Clodoveo Oton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 89 minutes into the match, Porron y Novia Nueva's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Pereyra came free, but Jesus Matxin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Igor Montel came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Porron y Novia Nueva fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Igor Montel couldn't finish the play. Abelardo Arlo hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. Porron y Novia Nueva's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
