The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlos Eyague got free with Aurelio Beti in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Desiderio Koldo's late challenge caught a Lobos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Desiderio Koldo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 14th match minute, queelback was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderio Koldo to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute of the match Silvano Beltxe sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aurelio Beti skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to queelback getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Marcos Grabiel hit a great ball. In the 19th minute, one of Lobos FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lobos FC. The referee gave queelback a penalty, 22 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Albano Chumo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Lobos FC's Matias Osasun. 0-1. If Gregorio Orlanda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Efrain Cresconio struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Matias Osasun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for queelback. Matias Osasun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregorio Orlanda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. queelback's Gregorio Orlanda managed to work through Lobos FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Gregorio Orlanda dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Gregorio Orlanda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Osasun having to interfere. Matias Osasun came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by queelback's Efrain Cresconio. But to his dismay, Efrain Cresconio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After the first half queelback were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gregorio Orlanda to make the kick off. The supporters of queelback booed when Lobos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Bide didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregorio Orlanda in the 53rd minute of play forced Lobos FC's goalkeeper Matias Osasun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Efrain Cresconio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gregorio Orlanda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Matias Osasun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lobos FC's Matias Osasun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Lobos FC from getting a goal against them. When Carlos Eyague came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Lobos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Eyague couldn't finish the play. If Andres Mede had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Efrain Cresconio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Matias Osasun made a huge save. A collision led to Lobos FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Andres Mede hit a great ball. The supporters of queelback booed when Lobos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andres Mede didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Gregorio Orlanda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lobos FC's Matias Osasun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregorio Orlanda in the 79th minute of play. After 79 played minutes Lobos FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcelino Bide. Efrain Cresconio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matias Osasun having to make a save. Matias Osasun didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 82nd minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. If Gregorio Orlanda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 88 played minutes queelback got a freekick which was hit by Albano Chumo. Matias Osasun made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Efrain Cresconio sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Lobos FC's zone, Gregorio Orlanda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matias Osasun came out of the goal and Gregorio Orlanda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The queelback players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
