Villeros F.C's Jesus Ilixo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Silban in the 13th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodrigo Silban in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jesus Ilixo saved Villeros F.C from getting behind. After 18 played minutes RAFO ATHLETIC FUTBOL CLUB got a freekick which was hit by David Lorien. Ignacio Frutos in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Paulo Tiso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Feliberto Tello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnoldo Reynardo during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 27 played minutes Villeros F.C got a freekick which was hit by Arnoldo Reynardo. After 28 minutes, Rodrigo Silban made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Villeros F.C's Jesus Ilixo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. RAFO ATHLETIC FUTBOL CLUB's Evelio Maurino got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leonardo Calvet took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 36th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jesus Ilixo. Villeros F.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Feliberto Tello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the match, Villeros F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Feliberto Tello came free, but Jesus Ilixo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teobaldo Indalecio's late challenge caught a RAFO ATHLETIC FUTBOL CLUB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teobaldo Indalecio helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of RAFO ATHLETIC FUTBOL CLUB booed when Villeros F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teobaldo Indalecio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arnoldo Reynardo was the one to do the kick off. Jesus Ilixo came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by RAFO ATHLETIC FUTBOL CLUB's Rodrigo Silban. But to his dismay, Rodrigo Silban quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Rodrigo Silban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. In the 75th minute, David Lorien hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 78th play minutes Rodrigo Silban shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Jesus Ilixo and just under the crossbar into goal. If Feliberto Tello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 83 minutes, Bartolo Mingo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Villeros F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bartolo Mingo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Evelio Maurino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 87 minutes of play, RAFO ATHLETIC FUTBOL CLUB's Feliberto Tello made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jesus Ilixo was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Feliberto Tello managed to get in a good position for a shot. RAFO ATHLETIC FUTBOL CLUB's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliberto Tello was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jesus Ilixo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 99 minutes into the match, Bartolo Mingo notched a goal, 1-7, to the right of RAFO ATHLETIC FUTBOL CLUB's Paulo Tiso. Paulo Tiso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. RAFO ATHLETIC FUTBOL CLUB's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
