Rodolfo Jeraldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Petrigai in the 13th minute of the match. Benito Telmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Rodolfo Jeraldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodolfo Jeraldo came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Candelarias AFC's Mariano Petrigai. But to his dismay, Mariano Petrigai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Rodolfo Jeraldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Petrigai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gavino Katia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgard Manex having to interfere. Edgard Manex made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Americo Semeno sent off a good shot on target. Claudio Artal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgard Manex having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Gavino Katia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Varios Pingûinos's supporters rose to their feet, but Gavino Katia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgard Manex breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute, Americo Semeno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgard Manex was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in Candelarias AFC's zone, Gavino Katia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgard Manex came out of the goal and Gavino Katia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Rafael Afonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Sebastian Musko charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sebastian Musko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Edgard Manex didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gavino Katia went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Rodolfo Jeraldo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Prospero Pirmin. In the 69th minute, Ubaldo Pedroso sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Candelarias AFC's Edgard Manex didn't even have to move. When Americo Semeno came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Varios Pingûinos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Americo Semeno couldn't finish the play. Edgard Manex showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavino Katia in the 78th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Candelarias AFC defense, Americo Semeno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edgard Manex. The Candelarias AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edgard Manex should have stopped the shot. In the 87th minute, Rafael Afonso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Gavino Katia came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Varios Pingûinos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gavino Katia couldn't finish the play. Mariano Petrigai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Candelarias AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
