The Tottenham fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Chico should have stopped the shot. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 0-2 when German Fresco sped through Tottenham's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marcos Chico. Marco Elodio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Gerardo Brais tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling German Fresco in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Chico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 27 played minutes Tottenham got a freekick which was hit by Anibal Gaufred. Tottenham's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Actuario FC the free kick. The supporters of Actuario FC booed when Tottenham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anibal Gaufred didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcos Chico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from German Fresco, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Marcos Chico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristobal Bazkoare in the 40th minute of the match. In the 40th match minute, Tottenham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Siro Ederono to maneuver through the defense. Victor Favila struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Marcos Chico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Actuario FC. When Anibal Gaufred was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 42 minutes had been played. In the 43rd match minute, Tottenham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anibal Gaufred to maneuver through the defense. Actuario FC's Flavio Poncio couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Tottenham. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Narciso Artizar to make the kick off. In the 54th minute German Fresco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Chico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as German Fresco kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marcos Chico. That made the score 0-3 in the 56 minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, German Fresco recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcos Chico. German Fresco showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in Tottenham's zone, Victor Favila stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Chico came out of the goal and Victor Favila tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. German Fresco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victor Favila's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcos Chico read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Marco Elodio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 73 minutes into the game, Narciso Artizar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Gerardo Brais was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Tottenham's Siro Ederono got a free kick in the 77th minute. When Jairo Timo fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Marcos Chico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from German Fresco in the 93rd minute of play. 1-5 became the score in the 96th minute when German Fresco elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Actuario FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
