Gerardo Brais came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Cañuelas Futbol Club's Iker Tonete. But to his dismay, Iker Tonete quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gerardo Brais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andres Quilino in the 14th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Iker Tonete notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Actuario FC's Gerardo Brais. Gerardo Brais was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 20thth minute of the game Iker Tonete who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Actuario FC's Gerardo Brais was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arnulfo Tximitx made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Victor Favila sent off a good shot on target. Gerardo Brais showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andres Quilino, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 0-3 became the score in the 32nd minute when Iker Tonete elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Actuario FC's Gerardo Brais played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Quilino in the 43rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Victor Favila managed to get in a good position for a shot. Actuario FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Victor Favila was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnulfo Tximitx breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell German Fresco to make the kick off. Victor Favila scored 1-3 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnulfo Tximitx, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 55th minute German Fresco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnulfo Tximitx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55th match minute, Real Cañuelas Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paolo Frasco to maneuver through the defense. Gerardo Brais made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iker Tonete in the 62nd minute. 66 minutes into the match, Victor Favila had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnulfo Tximitx. Real Cañuelas Futbol Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victor Favila was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. Actuario FC's Victor Favila got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Andres Quilino kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gerardo Brais. That made the score 2-5 in the 77 minute of play. When Victor Favila came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Actuario FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Favila couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andres Quilino in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gerardo Brais saved Actuario FC from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iker Tonete got free with Gerardo Brais in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anselmo Oroitz hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Arnulfo Tximitx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Favila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Actuario FC's Gerardo Brais proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Actuario FC from getting a goal against them. The Real Cañuelas Futbol Club players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
