Spectators: 7208 (Terracing: 5408, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 143) PORVENTOR's Xamin Narria shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 5th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Marcos Chico but with some difficulty. In the 7th minute, Bartolo Madaleno fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Marcos Chico, passed just outside the right post. Xamin Narria charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xamin Narria the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, PORVENTOR's Xamin Narria got a free kick in the 9th minute. After 10 played minutes, Tottenham's Nestor Paul shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cleto Mazuste came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tottenham reached it. In the 13th minute Marco Elodio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cleto Mazuste saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cleto Mazuste made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Elodio in the 15th minute of play. Varfolomey Syroezhkin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcos Chico came out and tried to block the shot, but Varfolomey Syroezhkin slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 16th minute. In the 22nd match minute, Tottenham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Galindo to maneuver through the defense. Washington Lalus short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Marcos Chico to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Anibal Gaufred took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cleto Mazuste. Cleto Mazuste dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Marco Elodio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Guido Gorka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Varfolomey Syroezhkin, 39 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Bartolo Madaleno managed to get in a good position for a shot. PORVENTOR's supporters rose to their feet, but Bartolo Madaleno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcos Chico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cleto Mazuste showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Elodio in the 47th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marco Elodio to make the kick off. Tottenhams' Cleto Mazuste made a terrific save as he just managed to stop Nestor Pauls penalty just before it crossed the line at his left post. Cipriano Bento's late challenge caught a PORVENTOR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cipriano Bento helped the player get up and apologised. A hard shot by Rodrigo Kaxen from long distance, 61 minutes into the match, got Cleto Mazuste's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 66th match minute, PORVENTOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Varfolomey Syroezhkin to maneuver through the defense. The Tottenham fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Tottenham's Narciso Artizar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Cleto Mazuste made an important save on a dangerous shot by Narciso Artizar in the 76th minute. In the 78th match minute, Tottenham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anibal Gaufred to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Tottenham's zone, Bartolo Madaleno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Chico came out of the goal and Bartolo Madaleno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. PORVENTOR's Washington Lalu got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marco Elodio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Mazuste having to interfere. After 93 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for PORVENTOR! PORVENTOR:s Cleto Mazuste showed great skill when he stopped Nestor Paul:s penalty. In the 98th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tottenham's goalkeeper Marcos Chico, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The PORVENTOR manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Tottenham to win.
