Nereo Gutxi struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Marcos Chico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CaNaYaDaS. Marcos Chico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honorato Esiquio in the 11th minute of the match. Marco Elodio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Leopoldo Theobald tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute Honorato Esiquio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Chico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Narciso Artizar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Leopoldo Theobald tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Nestor Paul sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Leopoldo Theobald threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Nestor Paul this time. With a little luck, CaNaYaDaS's Leopoldo Theobald got control of the ball when Narciso Artizar tried to sneak it across the goal line.

Leopoldo Theobald made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narciso Artizar in the 51st minute of play. In the 52nd match minute, CaNaYaDaS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeledon Gabon to maneuver through the defense. After 61 minutes, Nereo Gutxi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CaNaYaDaS and the Tottenham players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lucio Urti struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Marcos Chico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CaNaYaDaS. If Lucio Urti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nereo Gutxi got his second yellow card in the match during the 77th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. CaNaYaDaS's Lucio Urti got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 84 played minutes Tottenham got a freekick which was hit by Siro Ederono. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tottenham's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nicasio Licerio was slow to take the kick. During this time CaNaYaDaS's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Nicasio Licerio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Tottenham's Marcos Chico did a great save. Nicasio Licerio shot a long shot in the 87th minute and a light blocked Marcos Chico hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 0-2. 95 minutes into the match, Marco Elodio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leopoldo Theobald. CaNaYaDaS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marco Elodio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. When the match was over CaNaYaDaS could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tottenham throughout the match.
