Spectators: 7392 (Terracing: 5546, Seating: 1699, VIP seats: 147) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Joaquin Frederico made the kick off which started today's match. Teo Domeka hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. In the 4th minute Joaquin Frederico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerardo Franco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Prudencio Montes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Gerardo Franco made a huge save. Teo Domeka charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teo Domeka the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 6th match minute, Anga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Domeka to maneuver through the defense. When Joaquin Frederico came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Sugar Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joaquin Frederico couldn't finish the play. Gerardo Franco didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 12th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. If Joaquin Frederico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquin Frederico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 30 played minutes Anga got a freekick which was hit by Serafin Ondino. After a rather tough play, Anga's Francisco Bidun got a free kick in the 34th minute. If Salvador Stanislao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Salvador Stanislao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Gerardo Franco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salvador Stanislao recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Tadeusz Magdziarz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafin Ondino, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Rodolfo Fertus blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tadeusz Magdziarz having to make a save. Salvador Stanislao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Gerardo Franco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sugar Football Club. When the referee ended the match the Sugar Football Club players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
