After 27 played minutes Sugar Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Filomeno Toro. After having played for 30 minutes, Joaquin Frederico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sugar Football Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joaquin Frederico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Salvador Stanislao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoriano Maura having to interfere. Victoriano Maura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquin Frederico, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After 43 played minutes Los teutones got a freekick which was hit by Melquiades Ixaka. 45 minutes into the match, Los teutones's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Stanislao came free, but Victoriano Maura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Prudencio Montes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Victoriano Maura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Sugar Football Club were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joaquin Frederico stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Osvaldo Soter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Uriel Ilixo kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Sugar Football Club's Salvador Stanislao got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Salvador Stanislao could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Victoriano Maura made a huge save. If Joaquin Frederico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Los teutones's Victoriano Maura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Stanislao in the 86th minute of play. Prudencio Montes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th match minute, Sugar Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquin Frederico to maneuver through the defense. Victoriano Maura was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Salvador Stanislao showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 96 minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Sugar Football Club left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Los teutones.
