Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Anga's Rodolfo Fertus started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Francisco Bidun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Fertus in the 10th minute of play forced El Cucu Team's goalkeeper Leo Ostargi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Francisco Bidun came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Anga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Bidun couldn't finish the play. Geronimo Eusko took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gerardo Franco. Anga's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Rodolfo Fertus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anga's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodolfo Fertus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leo Ostargi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 39 minutes, Rodolfo Fertus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodolfo Fertus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 42 minutes into the game, Horacio Sengrat was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rodolfo Fertus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guillermo Jakes to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Serafin Ondino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 56th match minute, El Cucu Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horacio Sengrat to maneuver through the defense. The El Cucu Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leo Ostargi should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Bidun in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leo Ostargi saved El Cucu Team from getting behind. Rodolfo Fertus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Leo Ostargi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
