Cóndor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Esquina's Astor Felo got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Esquina's Astor Felo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benicio Luzea. That made the score 2-0 after 16 minutes of play. Benito Ticho charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benito Ticho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
