Spectators: 6669 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Filomeno Truylos managed to get in a good position for a shot. JuanZa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Filomeno Truylos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Inocencio Santana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Enrique Lorencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute, Tiburcio Ugutz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Filomeno Truylos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Enrique Lorencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Inocencio Santana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Lorencio in the 27th minute of the match. When Filomeno Truylos fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JuanZa FC's protests and gave Filomeno Truylos a yellow card for diving instead. Filomeno Truylos hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Lorencio in the 45th minute of play forced Caballito F.C.'s goalkeeper Inocencio Santana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute Evelio Veronica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haroldo Fernendo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Evelio Veronica to strike the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes, Celestino Matia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caballito F.C. and the JuanZa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Apolo Mannie, 56 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. A collision led to Caballito F.C. getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Tiburcio Ugutz hit a great ball. Inocencio Santana was a little too slow when Enrique Lorencio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-1. Caballito F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Enrique Lorencio scored to the left of an out of position Inocencio Santana, making the score, 0-2. Inocencio Santana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Lorencio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 70 minutes into the match, JuanZa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Evelio Veronica came free, but Haroldo Fernendo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Caballito F.C.'s Inocencio Santana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Caballito F.C. from getting a goal against them. Astor Gil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Haroldo Fernendo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Inocencio Santana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Lorencio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over JuanZa FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Caballito F.C. throughout the match.
