If Timoteo Erauso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ruben Clis kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Eustaquio Sal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Veronica in the 24th minute of the match. Cacheuta AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Evelio Veronica scored to the left of an out of position Eustaquio Sal, making the score, 1-0. In the 31st minute Timoteo Erauso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inocencio Santana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Caballito F.C. getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Evelio Veronica hit a great ball. In the 34th minute, Timoteo Erauso made a precise shot to the right of Inocencio Santana. Caballito F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 37 minutes, Gregorio Quinten made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Caballito F.C.'s Inocencio Santana tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Evelio Veronica sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 48th minute, Caballito F.C.'s Astor Gil dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When Tiburcio Ugutz fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caballito F.C.'s protests and gave Tiburcio Ugutz a yellow card for diving instead. Tiburcio Ugutz hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute of the match Vladimiro Juvenal shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Inocencio Santana showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Timoteo Erauso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Timoteo Erauso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Inocencio Santana having to make a save. Gregorio Quinten hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Cacheuta AFC's zone, Tiburcio Ugutz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eustaquio Sal came out of the goal and Tiburcio Ugutz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Caballito F.C.'s Inocencio Santana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Caballito F.C. from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Caballito F.C.'s Tiburcio Ugutz got a free kick in the 84th minute. Eustaquio Sal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Astor Gil, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Evelio Veronica sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Astor Gil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
