When Virgilio Matei came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the PECHOS FRÍOS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Virgilio Matei couldn't finish the play. When Chajarí's Aquiles Quintyn in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PECHOS FRÍOS's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Chajarí getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Alvaro Evarado hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Jairo Chumo managed to get in a good position for a shot. PECHOS FRÍOS's supporters rose to their feet, but Jairo Chumo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Manuel Tomi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Virgilio Matei who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Manuel Tomi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in PECHOS FRÍOS's zone, Santo Paublo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basilio Isaio came out of the goal and Santo Paublo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Manuel Tomi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jairo Chumo in the 21st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as PECHOS FRÍOS's Jairo Chumo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Manuel Tomi. That made the score 1-0 after 22 minutes of play. Manuel Tomi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorio Etxatxu in the 26th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Honorio Etxatxu in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manuel Tomi saved Chajarí from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Chajarí's zone, Virgilio Matei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Tomi came out of the goal and Virgilio Matei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Virgilio Matei got free with Manuel Tomi in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Celedonio Urdin fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PECHOS FRÍOS's protests and gave Celedonio Urdin a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, PECHOS FRÍOS's Celedonio Urdin got a free kick in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliberto Abeitia in the 44th minute of play forced PECHOS FRÍOS's goalkeeper Basilio Isaio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Virgilio Matei struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Manuel Tomi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PECHOS FRÍOS.

Manuel Tomi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgilio Matei, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The supporters of PECHOS FRÍOS booed when Chajarí was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santo Paublo didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Chajarí getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Benigno Unax hit a great ball. Virgilio Matei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 63 minutes into the match, Chajarí's goal looked a bit too open when Honorio Etxatxu came free, but Manuel Tomi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute, Virgilio Matei got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Amador Orlanda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Honorio Etxatxu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Manuel Tomi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Alvaro Evarado came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Chajarí fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Evarado couldn't finish the play. Manuel Tomi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Virgilio Matei's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Honorio Etxatxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgilio Matei in the 90th minute of play forced Chajarí's goalkeeper Manuel Tomi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. PECHOS FRÍOS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Aquiles Quintyn scored to the left of an out of position Basilio Isaio, making the score, 3-1. PECHOS FRÍOS's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
