Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Feliberto Evis started the match with the kick off. Moises Eutropio made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Feliberto Evis sent off a good shot on target. 11 minutes in the game, Feliberto Evis fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Moises Eutropio having to interfere. A collision led to Independencia getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Aldo Azeari hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the match, Tinogasta FC's Hector Dei sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Albert Neagoe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 20 minutes, Feliberto Evis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Independencia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Feliberto Evis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Tinogasta FC's zone, Aldo Azeari stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Moises Eutropio came out of the goal and Aldo Azeari tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 27 played minutes Tinogasta FC got a freekick which was hit by Dionisio Pere. Albert Neagoe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benicio Etxatxu in the 30th minute of play. Feliberto Evis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Moises Eutropio made a huge save. Celedonio Ofelio hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute, Independencia's Feliberto Evis ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Moises Eutropio. Moises Eutropio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. With a little luck, Tinogasta FC's Moises Eutropio got control of the ball when Feliberto Evis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Feliberto Evis in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Moises Eutropio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ulysses Valladares struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Moises Eutropio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Independencia. 47 minutes into the match, Tinogasta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Feliberto Evis came free, but Moises Eutropio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 48th minute, Ulysses Valladares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hector Dei to strike the kick off in the second half. Moises Eutropio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Feliberto Evis went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 75th minute, Benicio Etxatxu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Feliberto Evis came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Independencia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Feliberto Evis couldn't finish the play. When Aldo Azeari came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Independencia fans jumped to their feet.
